Program Highlights
- Girls ages 5-16, adults any age.
- Nightly game for girls.
- Nightly game for parents.
- More than two hours of ice instruction daily for the parents and girls, combined. One hour is skills and one hour is tactics.
- Dry Land training.
- Lecture.
- Coaching Clinics for parents.
- Instructions by professional coaches, experienced teachers, and players.
- Professional photographer available for parent/child portrait.
- Each camper will receive a Hockey & Daughters Jersey.
Age Groups
Groups will have approximately 20 kids per group, divided by skill and birth year as follows:
White Group – 5 to 9 year olds
Sky Group – 10 to 12 year olds
Navy Group – 13 to 15 year olds

Day 1:
2:00 pm – 4:00 pm Registration, dorm check-in, and open ice.
4:15 pm – 4:45 pm Orientation
4:45 pm – 6:00 pm Dinner
6:00 pm – 7:00 pm White Group ice time
7:15 pm – 8:15 pm Sky Group ice time
8:30 pm – 9:30 pm Navy Group ice time
Days 2 – 4:
7:00 am – 7:50 am Goalie Practice
8:00 am – 9:00 am White Group skills
9:15 am – 10:15 am Sky Group skills
10:30 am – 11:30 am Navy Group skills
1:00 pm – 2:00 pm White Group tactics
2:15 pm – 3:15 pm Sky Group tactics
3:30 pm – 4:30 pm Navy Group tactics
6:00 pm – 7:00 pm Game 1 (White & Sky)
7:15 pm – 8:15 pm Game 2 (Navy)
8:30 pm – 9:15 pm Parent’s game
Day 5:
8:00 am – 8:50 am White Group parent/daughter game
9:00 am – 9:50 am Sky Group parent/daughter game
10:00 am – 10:50 am Navy Group parent/daughter game
7:00am – 9:00am Breakfast
11:00am – 1:00pm Lunch
5:00pm – 6:30pm Dinner
